“ Love this place! I work on a cruise ship and stop at Bath once a week and I go here every time. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave me ideas to do around town. Food and price point great as well! Check em out! ”
“ Awesome place to go for breakfast. Many times there can be a wait, depending upon what time you go. The atmosphere and ambience is very warm, inviting, communal. It has a certain charm to it. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. We had such a lovely time there. It is worth the wait! ”
“ Cozy and friendly, great for breakfast. The veggie omelet was fluffy and perfectly cooked, not flat and over fried as restaurants usually do. The staff happily accommodated my specific request for no cheese on my omelet, etc. ”
“ This place was so good. We had a party of 6 and there was a 15 minute wait. The table was a super comfortable size and the woman serving us was obliging, polite, and interactive. I got the corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and sourdough toast, definitely a must try. I really appreciated how the eggs were actually real (not from a carton) and the way they toasted the bread was just perfect. Everyone else in our party of 6 enjoyed their food and declared we'd come again next year ”
“ One of my favorites for breakfast when I visit Bath. We had a cinnamon roll this morning, which was amazing. I had an omlet and my wife had the avocado toast. Both were delicious. Mae's never disappoints! ”
“ I love Mae’s I love the vibe. The windows seats are my favorite. Although any seat in the house is lovely. I always get the corn beef hash! They’re also the only place I can get a Belgian waffle! ”
“ Went for brunch. Was outstanding! I had their fresh baked cinnamon bread French toast, and my wife had lamb sausage and eggs. All were outstanding, and the waitress was wonderful. We're definitely going back again and again! ”
“ Wow! Right or wrong, I often judge an establishment on their preparation and execution of French Toast. I know it seems like such a trivial thing, but when french toast isn’t done right, it’s such a disappointment. I had stuffed French Toast at Mae’s Cafe and I have to say it is among the best I’ve ever eaten! It is sweet without being overly sweet. The toast is perfectly prepared, no sogginess. Each of its ingredients compliment each other for an amazing tasty treat that any French Toast lover will truly appreciate. The testators clean, the staff helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Mae’s Cafe & Bakery!! PS we took home several other treats to have later, we just couldn’t resist!! ”
